Custom Components Overview

Create reusable custom form components.

What are Custom Components?​

Custom components are reusable form fields you can create and use across multiple forms. They can pull data from integrations, databases, or static sources.

Component Types​

  • Dropdown - Custom dropdown with dynamic options
  • Multi-Select - Multiple selection dropdown
  • Radio Group - Radio button groups
  • Checkbox Group - Checkbox groups
  • Composite - Complex multi-field components

Data Sources​

Components can pull data from:

  • Static - Hardcoded options
  • REST API - External API endpoints
  • Database - Direct database queries
  • Integration - Connected services (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

Creating Components​

  1. Go to Components → Create Component
  2. Choose component type
  3. Configure data source
  4. Set up schema
  5. Test component
  6. Save

Using Components​

Add custom components to forms:

  1. Open form builder
  2. Click Add Field → Custom Component
  3. Select your component
  4. Configure field settings
