Custom Domains

Use your own domain with Supatool.

Overview​

Connect your custom domain to Supatool for a branded experience.

Adding a Domain​

  1. Go to Settings → Custom Domains
  2. Click Add Domain
  3. Enter your domain (e.g., forms.yourcompany.com)
  4. Follow verification steps

Domain Verification​

Supatool will provide:

  • TXT Record - Add to your DNS
  • CNAME Record - Point domain to Supatool
  • Verification Status - Check verification progress

Setting Primary Domain​

Once verified:

  1. Click Set as Primary
  2. Your forms/documents use this domain
  3. SSL certificate automatically provisioned

DNS Configuration​

Add these DNS records:

  • TXT Record - For verification
  • CNAME Record - For routing

Troubleshooting​

  • DNS changes can take 24-48 hours
  • Ensure records are correctly configured
  • Check domain verification status
  • Contact support if issues persist
